Quarter 3

 

 In the 3rd quarter my mind has grown and I have made big improvements.  The area I think I made the biggest improvements in is blogging.  I remember that when I first started doing blogs, I was at a loss for what to write all the time, and I wasn't confident that my work was good enough.  I thought that I was writing too little, and I was just really not confident that I would get a good grade.  Now, when I look at the blogs I have written this quarter, I notice that they have been a lot easier to write.  I've gotten good grades on them, and I've written a lot.  I've been confident with everything that I have written, and I had no problem writing good quality work.  This is why I think that the area I have made the most improvement in is blogging. The lessons of this quarter is easy for me to understand because I was super interested in it. I may have encountered problems but I easily coped up with it and went on. At the first lesson I did not understand it at first but I thrived to learn and I asked my classmates what's all about the lesson and I understood it easily.

I have encountered some problems / challenges. At first everyone of us meet challenges at this moment especially on this way of learning because some topics are not easy to understand. We need the presence of our mentors with their explanation but because of our situation cause of Covid-19 we have no face to face classes only, through modular and online classes. This is the most memorable loneliest moment in our past as a student suffering from depression sometimes because were feeling unwell.  With the help of google chrome, sometimes we use this to search, us our guidelines for our answers. Sometimes I ask help with my families also. They tried themselves also to explain some part of the topics which I can't understand. But I really tried also inorder to know more knowledge. And moving on despite of all challenges I have encountered I can manage and move on. Trust God and ask him for his healing power to cure and heal all of us who are suffering this pandemic and someday we will meet and see each other again and embracing the new life as a student and human.

The Day of Valor, also known as Araw ng Kagitingan, commemorates the heroism of Filipinos and American Soldiers when the Japanese occupied the Philippines during World War II. Major General Edward P. King, of the United States Army, was forced to surrender more than 76,000 Filipinos, Chinese and American soldiers to the Japanese at dawn on April 9, 1942. The soldiers were forced to take a 90-mile (about 145 kilometers) hike to Camp O’Donnell in San Fernando. Thousands of prisoners died during the hike (also known as the Bataan Death March) due to starvation, dehydration and diseases before they could reach the camp.
